Membership of the Newlands Residents Association is just R200 per annum – please consider joining up so that our many hard-working volunteers can continue to keep Newlands clean, safe and a great place to live.
There are two ways to join the NRA
- Subscribe to Fidelity-ADT’s ‘Localised Security Services’ – commonly known as the Bike Patrols. If you are an F-ADT customer, you can pay a modest monthly premium which is applied to community-wide security. We encourage everyone to take up this option and most F-ADT customers currently do.
The funds raised by this programme are used to pay for Community Security Patrols which cover all of our roads, open spaces and parks. They make the whole suburb safer and deter criminals from even entering the area. These patrols are completely independent of normal armed response vehicles.
Please let us know if you subscribe to this F-ADT option, it helps us keep the membership database up to date.
